To communicate in the chat room:

• Type your name into the box beside the word'Name:', then
  PRESS the 'Change' button.
• In the box beside 'Message:, TYPE what you want to say
  and either press the ENTER key or click the 'Submit' button.
• Your name and the text you typed will then appear in the chat room window.
• Everyone in the chat room will see the message and can respond.

NOTE:Viewers accessing the Internet from behind a firewall (or proxy)
may be unable to connect to the chat room on your page.  Many businesses and
schools implement firewalls for security reasons.  Likewise, connecting to
the chat room requires a java-enabled Web browser.
