Make an AppointmentIf you have read through this web site and used the interactive elements available to you and decided after doing so that you would like to have a free consultation with me to discuss your legal/financial problems, here is what you need to do. You need to get all your bills together - make sure you have them all - and sit down and make a complete list
of them. Please do not bring in a big stack of bills to the office. This creates confusion for me, for my
staff, and ultimately for you. You need to make a complete list including the complete names, mailing addresses,
account numbers, and the amount you owe. If you have been sued by any of your creditors, please bring a copy of the
lawsuit with you. REMEMBER: If you fail to list a creditor, that creditor may not get discharged, and you may
still owe the debt. So be sure and list all of your debts. Please bring in your most recent paycheck stub which is representative of a 40 hour work week. Regardless of whether your spouse is filing with you, if you are married, you need to bring in your spouse's paycheck stub also. Please bring in your W-2 form for last year - same for your spouse. If you have received letters or notices of foreclosure, please bring in copies of those letters and/or notices. If you are divorced and are paying Court ordered alimony or child support, please bring in a copy of your most recent Court order which requires you to make those payments. This will probably be your Final Decree of Divorce. Please bring in proof of insurance on your vehicle(s) if you owe money on them. Please bring in a copy of the policy. It would be good to go ahead and get a copy for our interview as you will be required to present it ultimately at your meeting of creditors should you file bankruptcy. You are now ready to call my office. When you call a member of my staff will set up an appointment for you to come in and talk to me. She will get you in just as soon as possible, however, please indicate if you have a foreclosure or a repossession pending as that is an emergency situation. I hope you have enjoyed this web site and that enough information has been provided to give you a good idea as to what you need to do. Please call (615) 255-7448 to make an appointment with me. If you do not live in the Middle Tennessee area or, if you live in a State other than Tennessee, you will need to contact a lawyer in your region to help you. Please see
